Paul’s notes:
Once again a really good year for our crazy Italian White. There was minimal damage in the vineyard and the remaining fruit ripened beautifully.
Different to previous Greco this vintage we got completely dry with minimal residual sugar resulting in a crisp, food hungry version of our Greco with balanced acidity which prepares it to take on and be best friends with your favorite foods.
We ferment our Greco with natural yeast and it exhibits all, if not more, of it’s inherent citrus pith character and elegant stone fruits mid pallet.
A Bold mouthful of White wine with hints of Cider like aromatics as well as peach along with other stone fruits…. it’s nuts! Really fun.
