Delivery
We deliver products Australia-wide. At this time we do not accept international orders through our online store. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Customer Service Policy
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

When purchasing wine or beer through the Sellicks Hill Wines online store your card details are transmitted through a secure server and are not retained after processing.
Returns
Sellicks Hill Wines is unable to accept returned goods, or refund purchases unless there is a clearly definable fault with the product. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

Sellicks Hill Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcoholic beverages.
