Paul’s notes:
The almighty trinity that has proven itself over the years to be one of Australias most successful blends.
The lush fruit of the Grenache is lifted by the round black depths of Shiraz and then comes the spice of the Mourvedre with its beautiful fine finishing tannins.
The Sellicks Hill G.S.M. 2013 presents with exotic sour cherry and plum characters right of the bat that seamlessly flow all the way through to the finish of this wine. It makes for easy mid-weighted drinking and a great food partner.
Absolutely mature and intriguing as is and will grow into something very smooth and sexy with time.
“One of my first ‘wine momments’ was with a great G.S.M. and I’ve been making this wine ever since as I can’t get enough of this great combination.”
