Paul’s notes:
“The 2017 is a really honest expression of our Greco and is being received with open arms by it’s fans!”
Slightly “off dry” with some residual sugar to balance out that famous Greco acidity which just helps to add to it’s ability to make you hungry.
2017 was fermented with natural yeast and it exhibits all, if not more, of it’s inherent citrus pith character and elegant fruit mid pallet.
