“Old School”, minimal intervention Chardy, I’ve been playing with and making chardonnay for my personal consumption for years.
Basket pressed and open fermented, this baby has character but shows a restraint so it accompanies and doesn’t overpower.
Fresh, crisp without being brittle and skinny. Perfect for summer days or any excuse.
