“Continuing on from it’s predecessor, this Greco is a really rustic version of this awesome food friendly wine”
Slightly “off dry” with some residual sugar to balance out that famous Greco acidity which just helps to add to it’s ability to make you hungry.
We ferment our Greco with natural yeast and it exhibits all, if not more, of it’s inherent citrus pith character and elegant stone fruits mid pallet.
